Okatse River flows from Mount Askhi. Its length is up to 16 kilometers. Erosion in the river gorge has created a canyon, the width of which in some places reaches 10-15 meters, and the depth is more than 50 meters. The canyon has caves from which karst waters flow. There is a 780-meter-long transparent trail on the Okatse Gordi section, which will allow you to better and closely observe the nature of the canyon. The trail ends with a panoramic view. Okatse Canyon is located 50 km from Kutaisi.
