Village Gadidi and XI century village church

Gadidi is a beautiful mountainous village located on the foothills of South Imereti, 360 meters above sea level, 9 kilometers from Vani. Gadidi is distinguished by its special mountainous terrain, beautiful nature, and high oxygen content in the air. The main part of the Gadidi Forest Park is covered with coniferous forest, which during flowering is exceptionally useful for treating children, as well as adults, suffering from lung diseases. The village with its beautiful views is exceptionally interesting for lovers of photo tours, and for tourists interested in a pilgrimage tour, there is an 11th-century Gadidi church with lapidary inscriptions and a monastery.

To get to the village of Gadidi, an off-road vehicle (4X4) is recommended.
