Dzmuisi Canyon promises one of the most extreme adventures in the Imereti region. A 3.5 km long canyon is located in the village of Dzmuisi, 26 km away from Kutaisi. There is a 25-meter waterfall. After hiking the canyon, one can rappel the waterfall from different heights, so special equipment is required for it. The gorge is quite wide at the beginning for rappelling, and narrows at the end. This is a once in a lifetime experience. Appropriate infrastructure is there, which is necessary for extreme lovers in order to be allowed on the canyon. Dzmuisi Canyon is located at an elevation of 1200 m above sea level, and the lowest point is 600 m. The duration time of rappelling is 4 hours.
