The Railway Station in Sachkhere is a cultural heritage site in Georgia. It is located in the center of the city on the right bank of the Kvirila River. It is built with a smooth stone of regular shape. The history of the railway in Sachkhere dates back to1904. The first railway line was built here by the initiative of the famous Georgian philanthropist Elisabeth Tsereteli. In 1905, a railway station was built with the financial support of Elizabeth.
