The name of the family winery "Tamarisi" is named after Tamar, the great-grandmother of the family. She made a great contribution to preserve the biological heritage of wine, which has been cultivated by her ancestors for 130 years. There is a large variety of indigenous grapes in the vineyard such as Sadadiano Ojale, Tsolikouri, Tsitska, Kundza, Otskhanuri Sapere, Dzelshavi and Rko. We make organic or bio wine.
