The tour includes receiving guests, exploring the surroundings and providing information about the history of the chateau with tourists. The following step is wine tasting in the wine cellar. There are three different types of wine:
1. Tsinandali wine made from Rkatsiteli grapes
2. Semi-sweet Saperavi and
3. White dry Tsolikauri.
We will optionally offer visitors the locally produced chacha (grape brandy) which is very popular in the Baghdati municipality. At wine tasting, guests can be served the Imereti cheese platter including Imeretian cheese, smoked sulguni (a brined Georgian cheese), honey, walnuts and various dried fruit (raisins, dried black plums).
