Hello, I am Giorgi Modebadze. On the one hand, being a tour guide is very rewarding, enjoyable, and joyful for me, however, on the other hand, I am fully aware of the responsibility when I represent my country to the whole world. I have been actively involved in hiking in different parts of Georgia, discovering new routes and increasing the popularity of the country since 2014.

The hiking trail starts from the Gelati Monastery and goes through the beautiful canyon of the river Tskaltsitela and the wonderful Colchian forest to the Motsameta Monastery. It is the best place to enjoy nature, and sights, get the experience and feel the history. On the way, we will pass the ancient monasteries and very beautiful wall paintings in the Gelati complex, the carved cells by monks, the karst caves, the places with wonderful views of the Western Caucasus ridge, the river valley. Then we cross the extreme suspension bridge hanging by ropes and walk to the Motsameta Monastery complex. In the evening, we will leave for Kutaisi happy, relaxed, full of positive emotions, immersed in the medieval history of Georgia, and celebrate the successful route with Georgian wine.
